You can bring your compatible devices and phone number that is currently active with a competing carrier. We can also re-activate your older “experienced” phone and bring your number over from another carrier or we can provide you a new phone number in the area code of your choice.

The Process

1. What kind of phone do you have?

Bring Your Own Mobile Device (BYOMD) allows you to activate a previously experienced phone or tablet. You may also switch the phone you are currently using with another carrier as long as it is compatible and is made financially eligible by your current wireless carrier.

You will need to provide us the MEID number. This can be found in your phones settings or by pressing *#06# on your phone’s dial pad.

2. Do you want to keep your current phone number?

If you would like a NEW phone number then we will provide you one based upon your zip code unless you ask for a specific are code.

If YES to keeping your current phone number, we need a few things. 1) What is the phone number you would like to transfer? 2) Who is your current wireless carrier that has your number? 3) What is your current account number? (this is on your bill or call 611 and ask for it)

3. Pick a plan, any plan!
